Coordination points established by the Autonomous Communities for the notification of protection orders to women victims of gender-based violence
Description
The Registrars of the Courts and Tribunals shall communicate the orders for the protection of victims of domestic violence that are adopted and their respective requests, by means of full testimony, to that or those coordination points designated by the relevant Autonomous Community, which shall constitute the sole channel of notification of these decisions to centres, units, bodies and institutions competent in the field of social protection in relation to these victims, in accordance with the provisions of Article 544b(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
