List of companies and technicians certifying energy in buildings in the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha
Description
In order to promote the energy performance of buildings in the European Union, Community legislation has established the obligation for the energy certification of buildings and requires the establishment of an independent control system in each Member State in order to ensure the quality of the certificates.
In compliance with European directives, as of 1 June 2013, property owners must have an energy performance certificate in order to sell or rent them.
