Building Quality Control Entities.
Description
A Building Quality Control Entity is an entity designed to comply with the provisions of Royal Decree 410/2010, of March 31.
Its purpose is the quality assurance adopted in the activity of technical control of the building, in accordance with Law 38/1999, of November 5, on Building Planning.
Its objective is to establish a unitary regulation of the building process and establish a general framework in which the quality of buildings can be promoted with the commitment to establish sufficient guarantees of users against possible damage, taking into account the requirements related to functionality, safety and habitability that buildings must comply with.
