Habitats and biotopes: Natura habitat map

Description

The Natura habitat map describes the distribution of habitat types included in the EU's Habitats Directive, Annex 1 (EEC 92/443) and a selection of other habitat types. The code list and a short description can be found in the document ‘Available codes for the habitat attribute in the NNK-IT system’ (attached when downloading data). The geographical distribution of the data is decided Natura 2000 sites, nature reserves and national parks, but there may be areas that are not mapped.
