Protected State Forests

Data for protected state forests and old-growth forests. Inventory of forests on state-owned land with natural values that justify the establishment of nature reserves. The inventory was carried out by the county administrative boards in accordance with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency’s instructions on behalf of the Government. The inventory was finalized in 2004.
