Pre-emption zones of sensitive natural areas (ENS) of the department of Meurthe-et-Moselle (54)

Description

ZPENS: A pre-emption zone is created by deliberation of the departmental council in agreement with the municipalities concerned and / or the Prefect. This pre-emption zone allows the departmental council or a local authority (by delegation) to carry out land monitoring in the perimeter concerned. In this zone, the holder of the right of pre-emption may acquire the land offered for sale. In the event of acquisition, it can therefore manage natural environments in order to protect and enhance them, while opening them up to the public. The Sensitive Natural Areas (ENS) pre-emption zone is specific to the implementation of the ENS policy
