Traffic conditions on the department of Meurthe-et-Moselle (54) (WMS)
Description
The departmental council of Meurthe-et-Moselle is responsible for the winter snow removal of departmental roads.
Snow removal network
Each year, the departmental council draws up a map of winter snow removal which assigns to each axis of circulation a level of intervention (from 1 to 4). This map is based on traffic flows, socio-economic and geoclimatic criteria.
Level 1 (N1) structuring network: Interventions are prioritised and continue 24 hours a day. Interventions between 9.30 p.m. and 2 a.m. only take place in the event of an exceptional situation.
Level 2 main network (N2): Interventions are prioritised from 4am to 9.30pm.
Level 3 local area network (N3): Interventions are not prioritised. They are carried out after the N1 and N2 networks between 8am and 4pm on weekdays. In the event of an exceptional situation, treatment may continue between 4pm and 9.30pm and from 8am to 4pm on weekends.
Level 4 Local Area Network (N4): The network is not being processed. Take other routes.
