Description
This data layer represents the main roads concerned by noise mapping outside agglomerations and integrated into the 2015 European report. This data layer derives from the European Directive 2002/49/EC - "Environmental Noise Directive" - relating to the assessment and management of environmental noise. The Directive provides for the development of strategic road noise maps. This data layer includes all the so-called main road sections.
