Main axes of the railway network concerned by noise mapping in France - 2005 Report
Description
This data layer represents the main railway routes involved in noise mapping outside agglomerations and included in the 2005 European report. This data layer derives from the European Directive 2002/49/EC - "Environmental Noise Directive" - relating to the assessment and management of environmental noise. The Directive provides for the development of strategic noise maps emanating from railway routes. This data layer includes all the so-called main railway sections.
