Description
Positioning of water withdrawal points in the natural environment carried out by persons of public status for the supply of drinking water to human communities (Articles L131-2 and L131-2-1 of the Public Health Code, Article L215-13 of the Environment Code).These withdrawals are subject to a declaration of public utility.These withdrawals can be carried out in the soil (tablecloth or karst circulation), at the emergence of a source, or in the surface hydrographic network (river or body of water), possibly in the sea.For the sake of homogeneity, the same type of environment is used for all withdrawals.
