Description
Percentage of additional cases for costs per DRF point for outpatient and inpatient care, regional hospitals. Calculated as the number of outer cases divided by the total number of cases. Outerfalls are care contacts that cost significantly more than the average for the group. The outer case calculation for the KPP database is based on cost data and that the percentage of excess cases shall amount to 5 per cent of the number of spring occasions in the database.
