Description

The dimension is intended to highlight patients’ experience of healthcare’s ability to continuity and coordination. This means how well the individual’s care is coordinated, both internally and externally. Parameters that are monitored are, for example, how patients perceive the staff’s ability to cooperate with each other and in relation to the patient. The dimension also includes follow-up of patient wishes regarding continuity. National joint surveys are carried out every two years (uneven years), in the intermediate years regions may choose to participate. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
