The key figure shows the last measured value over the last three-year period to allow comparisons between regions that have conducted the survey in different years. HME stands for Sustainable employee engagement and measures both the level of employee engagement and the ability of managers and the organisation to take advantage of and create engagement. The HME index consists of nine questions that together form a total index for Sustainable employee engagement and three sub-indexData is available according to gender breakdown.
