Description

Share (%) of the total number of participants in municipal labour market activities who were out of work between 6-24 months before enrollment. Being out of work can mean that the participant has been a jobseeker (whether or not he or she has been enrolled with the employment service), been on sick leave, stayed in any institution, etc. As work only jobs that exceed one month are counted. For participants who have never had a job but have completed an education, the time without work is counted from the time when the training was completed. For new arrivals, the time is calculated accordingly from the time when they were granted a permanent residence permit.
