Share (%) of the total number of participants in municipal labour market activities with uncompleted primary education. Refers to participants who do not have primary education, equivalent to 9 years or equivalent.From 2019 a fifth response option is included in the 11st question of the (KAS) survey, which may affect the proportion of this response option.
