Description
This is a development key figure, see questions and answers on kolada.se for more information. Share (%) of the total number of participants in municipal labour market activities with lower or lower secondary education or less. Refers to participants who have a general or primary school (equivalent to 9 years of upper secondary education or equivalent) as the highest level of education. This also includes those who have begun high school studies that are not completed. As of 2019, a fifth response option is included in the 11st question of the (KAS) survey, which may affect the proportion of this response option.
