Share (%) of the total number of participants in municipal labour market activities with tertiary education. Refers to everyone who has a post-secondary education, regardless of the duration of the training. Tertiary education includes tertiary education, university of applied sciences, etc. Participants with doctoral education are also included in this category. As of 2019, a fifth response option is included in the 11st question of the (KAS) survey, which may affect the proportion of this response option.
