Participant assessment Finsam – Staff take advantage of the participant’s experience, share (%)
Description
This is a development key figure, see questions and answers on kolada.se for more information. Number of participants who answered the options “Very large” or “fully” to the question “Do you experience that staff have taken advantage of your experience, such as knowledge and views?” divided by all participants who answered the question. All the answer options are “Not at all”, “Small part”, “Partly”, “Mostly”, “Very much”, “In whole”. The question is addressed to participants who have received funding or support from Financial Coordination (Finsam) at closure. The aim is to measure whether the participants experience systematic exploitation of experiences, knowledge and views from participants. Financial coordination takes place through coordination associations where one or more municipalities can be included and the survey is compiled at coordination association level. Municipalities that are part of the same coordination association therefore have the same value.
