The number of fixed-term municipal contracts (annual workers) created to mitigate the effects of unemployment; The employment may be in municipal administrations and/or companies and are financed by municipal funds or be co-financed/subsidised by the state. Whether the employee’s salary is paid by the labour market activity or by the administration/company in which he/she works is irrelevant, nor does it matter whether the employee devotes part of his/her working time to skills development or studies that do not qualify for CSN.
