This refers to tasks aimed at clarifying/investigating an individual’s working conditions based on physical, mental and social functions. The intervention may mean that the jobseeker receives support to systematically test/train his/her abilities in concrete tasks at a workplace. The purpose of the intervention may sometimes be for the individual to receive the right compensation.
