Description

Proportion of administrators, converted into annual workers, in the field of substance abuse and addiction care with a socionomist degree. “Administrator” means staff responsible for investigations, planning and follow-up of decided actions. As described in Chapter 3, Section 3 of the Social Services Act (2001:453), the Social Services Act (2001:453), SoL, there must be staff with appropriate training and experience. Heads of unit or equivalent with operational, human resources and budgetary responsibilities are not included. Substitutes are included, but not staff who have been on full leave for at least 30 days during January and February or are on leave. Calculation of the number of annual workers: The number of annual workers is calculated using the actual employment rate of monthly paid and hours worked for hourly paid workers.
