The key figure is calculated from answers to the following survey questions: During the period (24 months), have you conducted a survey on individual perceptions of the quality of LSS operations? and have you used the results of the survey of individual perceptions to develop the business?. At municipal level, positive results are desirable. At county and national level, high value is desirable.
