Description
This is a development key figure, see questions and answers on kolada.se for more information. The key figure is calculated from answers to the following survey questions: During the period (24 months), have you conducted a study on individuals’ perceptions of the quality of public authority in the municipality/urban area? and have you used the results of the survey of individuals’ perceptions to develop the exercise of public authority. Exercise of public authority means ex ante assessments, investigations according to SoL and LVU, and planning and follow-up of decided actions.
