Number of guardians of persons in contact with social care services who have answered Very easy or Pretty easy to ask how easy or difficult is it to contact the social welfare officer (e.g. by phone, SMS or e-mail)? divided by all guardians to persons with contact with social child and youth care who have answered the question. I don't know/no opinion is excluded from the denominator. Family law is not included here. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
