The average number of days from the application until the decision on income support has been taken The application does not need to be complete. General inquiries are excluded. Measurement period is the first half of the year. Until 2017, time was measured from first contact to decision on income support. Please note that data collection is ongoing throughout the autumn, so averages should not be used for comparisons until the end of the year. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
