Municipality accepts designated new arrivals, (Yes=1, No=0)
Description
The municipality has answered yes to the question whether they accept designated new arrivals in accordance with the Residence Act. According to the Act (2016:38) on the reception of certain newly arrived immigrants for residence. Municipality instructions for new arrivals are made via the Migration Agency. Newly arrived persons who are covered by the reception in municipalities are refugees, persons in need of protection or persons with permission due to exceptional or particularly distressing circumstances and their relatives. A person is considered to be newly arrived while he or she is covered by establishment initiatives, i.e. two to three years.
