Number of people in contact with individual and family care in total who have answered a lot or rather a lot to the question How much have you been able to influence what kind of help you receive from the social services in the municipality? divided by all people with contact with individual and family care in total who have answered the question. I don't know/no opinion is excluded from the denominator. Please note that the comparability between municipalities is halted as not all municipalities have investigated in all areas of the IFO. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
