Number of people in contact with individual and family care in total who have answered Very easy or Pretty easy to ask how easy or difficult is it to contact the social worker (for example, by phone, SMS or e-mail)? divided by all people who have contact with individual and family care in total who have answered the question. I don't know/no opinion is excluded from the denominator. Please note that the comparability between municipalities is halted as not all municipalities have investigated in all areas of the IFO. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
