Description

Individual-based systematic follow-up refers to describing and measuring the work with individuals and compiling information at group level in order to develop and improve the quality of the activities. For example, follow-up of support and results of actions refers to the situation of individuals after support and/or interventions in comparison to before, how individuals perceive the operation, how the action has affected their situation, or whether specific objectives for individuals have been achieved.
