Description

Individual-based systematic follow-up refers to describing and measuring the work with individuals and compiling information at group level in order to develop and improve the quality of the activities. Follow-up of support and actions means, for example, which individuals are offered and/or receive a certain support or action, the extent of the support and actions or how they are distributed among different groups (e.g. by gender and age) within the target group.
