Description
This is a development key figure, see questions and answers on kolada.se for more information. Individual-based systematic follow-up refers to describing and measuring the work with individuals and compiling information at group level in order to develop and improve the quality of the activities.
Follow-up of the target group’s needs and/or problems (target group analysis) refers to analyses at group level of different aspects of the individual’s situation, such as basic problems, needs for interventions and support, and how these vary between groups (e.g. based on gender and age) within the target group.
