Current routine when indicating that an adult has been subjected to violence in social psychiatry, (Yes=1, No=0)
Description
The municipality has a written and management-level routine for how administrators should proceed when indicating that an adult has been subjected to violence or other abuse in social psychiatry. The routine should also have been followed up over the past year. Management level means the level within the organisation that has the mandate to establish common procedures. The routine should describe a predetermined approach for how the case handler should ask the individual about exposure to violence, how the case handler should proceed if it emerges that the person has been subjected to violence. ‘Indication’ means any kind of sign that a person has been subjected to violence or other abuse. Violence or other abuse refers primarily to the crimes in Chapters 3, 4 and 6 of the Penal Code. Violence can take different forms. It can be psychological violence, physical violence (e.g. strokes, kicks, threats, coercion, violations) or sexual offences. Followed up means that you have checked that the routine is being used and is working as intended and that it has been revised if necessary. The follow-up must be documented.
