Description
This is a development key figure, see questions and answers on kolada.se for more information. ‘Routine’ means a description of a specific approach to the implementation of activities and the allocation of responsibilities. The procedure should be known and used by the responsible staff. This means, for example, that staff know who or which people are contacted when there is a need for or support for a position on appropriate action. Please note that these procedures do not replace the reporting obligation under the provisions of Lex Sarah. Management level here refers to the level within the organisation that has the mandate to decide on procedures. It may be your own local written routines or joint written routines that the healthcare provider or municipality has developed for their operations. ‘Staff’ means all staff involved in the operation of the unit. Violence or other abuse may involve physical and psychological violence (e.g. strokes kicking, intimidation, coercion, abuse) or sexual abuse, but also about acts that are not defined by current legislation as crimes, but may be part of a pattern of vulnerability: verbal sexist violations, isolation from family, friends and surroundings, economic exploitation or emotional blackmail. At municipality level, the proportion of units meeting the indicator is reported, i.e. Yes. At the unit level, Yes=1, No=0.
