Description

Individually designed goals mean goals that the individual has been involved in designing, which are concrete and follow-up and linked to the activities that are included in the action and to the individual’s needs. This does not refer to the overarching objectives set out in legislation, such as living like others and full participation in society. At municipality level, the proportion of units meeting the indicator is reported, i.e. Yes. At the unit level, Yes is Yes=2, Yes for some=1, No=0.
