In this context, guidance does not refer to the management of the manager. The purpose of supervision is to have a supportive function for the staff, contribute to professional development and act as quality assurance in the business. The guidance can be done in groups or individually and the design/targeting needs to be chosen according to the needs of the business. Continuous means that this does not refer to supervision on occasional occasions. The tutorial shall be regular for a longer period of time, i.e. be offered on a regular basis. At municipality level, the percentage (%) of units that met the indicator, i.e. Yes. At the unit level, Yes=1, No=0.
