Routine refers to a specific approach to how activities are to be carried out and to specify the allocation of responsibilities. The procedure should be known and used by the responsible staff. This means, for example, that staff know who or which people are contacted when there is a need for or support for a position on appropriate action. Management level here refers to the level within the organisation that has the mandate to decide on procedures. It may be your own local written routines or joint written routines that the healthcare provider or the municipality/city area has developed for their operations. “Cooperation” refers to overall joint action on an organisational level for a particular purpose. Collaboration can take place within and between, for example, units, authorities and societal actors, such as active exchange of information or planning joint activities. The term “prescriber” means the person who divides aids based on the Health and Medical Care Act. The prescriber may be present in his or her own business or at other healthcare providers. Aid means individually tested product aimed at maintaining or increasing activity, participation or independence by compensating a disability. This does not mean the equipment that counts as work-technical aids or basic equipment in the home. This does not refer to a coordinated individual plan under Chapter 2, Section 7 of the Social Services Act and Section 3f of the Health Care Act. At municipality level, the percentage (%) of units that met the indicator, i.e. Yes. At the unit level, Yes=1, No=0.
