Description

Routine refers to a specific approach to how activities are to be carried out and to specify the allocation of responsibilities. The procedure should be known and used by the responsible staff. This means, for example, that staff know who or which people are contacted when there is a need for or support for a position on appropriate action. The procedures here need to include, for example, how the staff should act in different situations, who should be contacted and who is responsible for what. Management level here refers to the level within the organisation that has the mandate to decide on procedures. It may be your own local written routines or joint written routines that the healthcare provider or municipality has developed for their operations. ‘Staff’ means all staff involved in providing assistance at the accommodation. Health care here refers to the entire health care needs of the individual, i.e. the healthcare (including habilitation, rehabilitation and assistive devices) for which the municipality is responsible, but also health care through other healthcare actors (e.g. primary, emergency or specialist care). At municipality level, the percentage (%) of units that met the indicator, i.e. Yes. At the unit level, Yes=1, No=0.
