Description
Persons who have a documentation of why they have a protection measure in residential care of the elderly, share (%). Safeguards are permitted, but coercive and restrictive measures are not. Depending on how it is used, an action can be either an unauthorised or permissible action, such as using a tray table. A measure is to be regarded as a protective measure if the following conditions are met: The individual must agree to the measure. The aim of the action shall be to protect, support, assist or activate the individual. The aim of the measure must not therefore be to compensate for shortcomings in the operations, such as shortcomings in staffing, staff competence or the fact that the operations are carried out in premises that are not appropriate.
