Description
For unit level, the value is given as Yes=1 and No=0, while at municipality level it is given as a percentage (%) of units where procedures are in place for the care staff to cooperate with relatives of persons receiving services at the unit. The procedure shall be decided at management level and documented. It must be up-to-date, i.e. followed up or drawn up within the last year.
