Description

Number of people aged 65 and over who indicated “Very easy” or “fairly easy” on the question “How easy or difficult is it to connect with the staff of your nursing home, if necessary?” divided by all people aged 65 and older in special housing who responded to the survey of older people’s opinion. “Do not know/No opinion” is excluded from the denominator. Data from 2012. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
