Number of people aged 65 years and older in special accommodation who stated “Yes, Always” or “Yes, Mostly” on the question “Do the staff take into account your views and wishes on how to provide assistance?” divided by all persons aged 65 and older in special accommodation who responded to the survey of older people’s opinion. “Do not know/No opinion” is excluded from the denominator. Data from 2012. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
