This is a development key figure, see questions and answers on kolada.se for more information. Hours worked during the month of October divided by hours worked for employees in the month of October, multiplied by 100. Refers to both home care staff, administrative staff, managers. It refers to own direction. The key figure developed in 2015 on experiments should therefore be careful with comparisons of the results. Please note that data collection is ongoing throughout the autumn, so averages should not be used for comparisons until the end of the year.
