For unit level, the value is given as Yes=1 and No=0, while at municipality level it is indicated as a percentage (%) units where procedures are in place for how in-depth drug reviews are to be carried out, the individual’s participation is documented in the journal. The procedure must be decided at management level and documented. It must be up to date, i.e. followed or drawn up within the last year. The answer option “not current” for cases where the region is responsible for all healthcare in ordinary housing (only for municipalities in Stockholm County, Norrtälje exception) is marked as non-response (.).
