Description
Number of people 65 years and older with a named permanent staff contact documented in the individual's journal divided by the number of people 65 years and older with home care. Those who receive home care services are persons with enforced decisions on interventions under Chapter 4, Section 1 of the SoL in ordinary housing. This also includes senior housing or sheltered housing. Persons with the following types of interventions were included: service, personal care, accompaniment, relief of relatives at home, food distribution, social alarms and housing support.
