Number of people aged 65 and older in ordinary housing with home care who stated “Yes always” or “Most often” on the question “Do the staff respond well?” divided by all people aged 65 and older in ordinary housing with home care who answered the survey of older people’s perceptions. “Do not know/No opinion” is excluded from the denominator. Data from 2012. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
