Description
This is a development key figure, see questions and answers on kolada.se for more information. Number of people 65+ years who are visited by home care services at least twice a day (Monday-Sunday) and who have met more than 20 staff during 14 days divided by the number of people 65+ years who are visited by home care services at least twice a day (Monday-Sunday). Security alarms and food deliveries do not count. The measurement refers to the time 07.00-22.00. Home health care personnel are not reported. Users who have not lived in their own home during all or part of the measurement period are excluded from the measurement. Please note that data collection is ongoing throughout the autumn, so averages should not be used for comparisons until the end of the year. Data is available according to gender breakdown.
