Model-calculated values for the proportion of pupils eligible for a vocational programme have been developed by SKR in a regression model comparing the municipalities with other municipalities and taking into account the need for financial assistance, newly immigrated pupils (0-4 years old), the level of education of parents, gender and from 2017 the proportion of pupils with unknown background.
