Reference Cost Correction Primary School F-9
Description
This is a development key. The reference cost correction is equal to the average reference cost for primary school per resident 6-15 years in the Kingdom, divided by the municipality’s reference cost per inhabitant 6-15 years. The reference cost is based on the cost equalisation model for elementary school, as well as some minor items from other sub-models. A reference cost ratio greater than 1 means that the municipality’s expected cost is lower than that of the Kingdom, and less than 1 means that it is higher than that of the Kingdom.
