Participants in the municipality of LOK-eligible sports associations that conduct activities in floorball, handball, basketball, volleyball and gymnastics. These sports have been summed up as they are the largest sports (at the national level) that use sports halls. Participants are the sum of the number of participants present in RF approved meetings for which the association has applied for LOK support (State Local Activity Support). Locomotive support is provided for activities for boys and girls aged 7-20. Support is also given in some cases to people older than 20 years, but this is excluded here. A meeting is a leader-led group activity geared towards the association’s sporting activities. Participation opportunities are divided by the number of sports halls indicated by the municipality in the facility survey. The construction survey is conducted every 4-5 years, the last time it was carried out in 2019. The key figure is updated with the latest survey value each year until a new survey has been completed.
