Organic food in municipal activities, share (%)
Description
This is a development key figure, see questions and answers on kolada.se for more information. Cost in SEK for purchased organic food divided by cost in SEK for total amount of purchased food in the municipality, multiplied by 100 for accounting as a percentage. Organic food refers to one of the labels KRAV, Demeter, EU Organic and MSC. From the 2015 figures, 1 percentage point is deducted for those municipalities that do not exclude unorganised or panned MSC fish. This figure refers to the whole year. Refers only to the municipality’s own purchases, i.e. construction is not included. Included in the quality of the municipality in brief.
